Due to the time sucking high call volume filled with long winded conversations, stupid questions and sales calls. We no longer except phone calls.
All correspondence is now done via email, IM, or in person. Which turns out to be much easier and faster to organize and respond to. Also every word is in writing so there is no longer any confusion over what one side says or doesnt say. (The mysterious memory loss is no longer an issue)
Simply email us with your questions, attachments and photos and we will respond within one working day. (Most days)
We apologize for any inconveniance however this method of comunication seems to work much better for us, giving us much more time to focus on actual work with more then double the turn around time.
